Training on CNIL litigation
OBJECTIVES
- Understand the CNIL’s enforcement framework and the scope of its inspection and sanctioning powers.
- Anticipate and reduce the risks of inspections and sanctions upstream, depending on the organisation’s sector of activity and its position in the processing chain.
- Know how to respond effectively in the event of a CNIL inspection, regardless of the form it takes.
- Understand the course of sanction proceedings before the Restricted Committee and identify the most relevant means of defence to be used.
- Understand the available avenues of appeal before the Conseil d’État, their relevance and their potential consequences.

The training sessions will take place in premises accessible to people with disabilities (PSH) and people with reduced mobility (PRM).
For training sessions intended for people with reduced mobility, we either rent premises that comply with French ERP accessibility requirements (premises open to the public), or the training sessions take place at the client’s premises, provided that these premises are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
