OBJECTIVES

  • Understand the architecture, scope and implementation timeline of the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation (AI Act).
  • Know how to classify an AI system, determine its risk level and identify the applicable obligations based on the role of each stakeholder.
  • Establish effective AI governance and, where applicable, integrate it with existing GDPR governance frameworks.
  • Address the exponential development of AI agents.
  • Identify and manage the legal risks associated with the use of AI (regulatory compliance, intellectual property, personal data, confidentiality and liability).
  • Identify the applicable rules relating to AI liability.
  • Anticipate compliance requirements and have practical tools tailored to the organisation.

The training sessions will take place in premises accessible to people with disabilities (PSH) and people with reduced mobility (PRM).
For training sessions intended for people with reduced mobility, we either rent premises that comply with French ERP accessibility requirements (premises open to the public), or the training sessions take place at the client’s premises, provided that these premises are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
