Member of the Paris Bar since 2001, Caroline Basdevant-Soulié co-founded Oyat in 2022.
Caroline started her career at Lovells (now Hogan-Lovells), then worked at Bird & Bird before being seconded to the Caisse des dépôts et consignations for 15 months between 2010 and 2011 to set up the competitiveness cluster platforms. Then she has been a partner for 9 years at Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats within the corporate department.
Caroline specializes in private equity transactions (venture capital, expansion capital, LBO/MBO/OBO, management, package, mezzanine financing), joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and foreign investments.
She advises managers, French and foreign companies and investment funds, particularly in the tech and health sectors.
Her oyat is on Portigliolo beach in Corsica.
