Émilie de Boussiers

Emilie has been a lawyer since 2012 and registered with the Lyon Bar since 2018.

Prior to joining Oyat, Emilie worked within the public law department of Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats (2020-2021). She previously worked at Delsol in Lyon (2018-2020) and Willkie Farr & Gallagher in Paris (2012-2018).

She regularly advises on public contracts. In this context, she has notably assisted groups or lenders or public entities in the context of public procurement procedures (public service delegations, partnership contracts, public procurement contracts) in the field of infrastructure and energy in France and abroad.

Her oyat is on Ostriconi beach in the Agriates desert.
