Prior to joining Oyat, Laura worked in the corporate department of a well-known firm in the field, where she was able to develop her expertise.
Laura assists companies, managers and private equity funds in private equity transactions and mergers & acquisitions transactions.
Her oyat is on Pomponette Beach in Riambel.
