Appointment of two Counsel within the Major Projects & Ecological Transition team
PARIS (11 Jnauary 2024) – Oyat is pleased to announce the appointment on January 1, 2024 of Claire Manouvriez and Arnaud Marroni as Counsels in their Paris office.
Claire Manouvriez has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2016. Claire advises and litigates on behalf of public entities and economic operators in the field of public law. Claire is particularly involved in mobility (rail, airports, roads, ports), notably for the implementation of public policies and the management and operation of services.
Prior to joining Oyat, Claire worked in the public law department of Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats (2016-2022).
Arnaud Marroni, for his part, after working for a state-owned public institution, became a lawyer in 2018.
Arnaud assists public entities and economic operators in implementing their competencies and structuring their projects. He advises and litigates, particularly on real estate and property development projects (contract structuring and engineering, acquisitions, disposals, rental arrangements, property development and construction, structuring of holding vehicles, land management, urban planning and development), complex contractual arrangements and major infrastructure projects (public contracts and procurement, creation of semi-public structures).
Before joining Oyat, Arnaud practiced with Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats (2017-2022).
