Member of the Paris Bar since 2011, Romain has been a partner at Oyat since 2022.
Previously, he worked at Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats as Counsel within the public business law team.
He has developed an expertise in environmental law, both as counsel and in administrative or judicial litigation in the industry, services, energy and real estate infrastructure sectors, as well as in sustainable mobility.
Romain assists public and private clients who cope with the growing demands of environmental issues. He is particularly active in the fields of contaminated sites and soils, the circular economy, and technological and health risks, both in contractual and auditing aspects and in regulatory aspects related to obtaining and monitoring the environmental permits required for projects.
He also has solid expertise in complex public-private arrangements, both in the contracting and execution phases (public contracts, competition, public property, etc.).
His oyat is on Lagune beach with a view of the Banc d’Arguin.
