Nomios acquires Intragen, European leader in IAM

Oyat advised Nomios, a pan-European specialist in cybersecurity services, on the acquisition of 100% of the shares and voting rights of the British company Intragen and its subsidiaries in Finland, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands (and Sweden), an award-winning specialist in identity and access management. This transaction, supported by Keensight Capital, marks an important milestone in Nomios’ growth strategy and further strengthens its position as a trusted cybersecurity partner in Europe.
