Oyat advises Yotta Capital Partners, SofiOuest and AJ Invest & Consulting on the sale of Groupe Recif
PARIS (11 January 2024) – Oyat advised the sellers, Yotta Capital Partners, SofiOuest and AJ Invest & Consulting on the sale of the Recif Group (comprising Recif Technologies, Recif Technologies USA and Recif Technologies Taiwan) with a team comprising partner Caroline Basdevant-Soulié and associate Ouisse Weiss Akhonzada, alongside Altij.
Bredin Prat advised the purchaser, Accuron Technologies Limit.
