Oyat advises Eiffel Investment Group on its strategic investment in Elum Energy
The law firm Oyat acted as legal counsel to Eiffel Investment Group in connection with its strategic €3.5 million investment in Elum Energy, made through the Île-de-France Décarbonation fund, supported by the Île-de-France Region.
This investment aims to support the international growth of Elum Energy and strengthen its technological leadership in the field of control and optimization solutions for solar power plants, in a global context of accelerated energy transition.
