Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021, Matthieu Blaschczyk has been a lawyer with Oyat since 2025. Previously, he worked for AGIL’IT and Soulier avocats (2021-2024). Before devoting himself to labor law, he had a career as a professional rider with international competition stables.
Matthieu advises and litigates for French and foreign groups on all aspects of employment law.
His Oyat is on the beach at Puerto López in Ecuador
