Fabien Pomart

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2003, Fabien Pomart joined OYAT as a partner in 2025.

Fabien began his career with Allen & Overy LLP, before moving on to CMS Francis Lefebvre, Lamartine Conseil and Racine.

Fabien advises and litigates for French and foreign groups on all aspects of employment law. He is particularly involved in corporate restructuring (headcount reductions, site closures, intra-group reorganizations, employment protection plans), setting up compensation and employee savings schemes, international mobility, and supporting corporate activities, notably in the context of employment audits.

His Oyat is on the beach in Carmel, California.
