Oyat advises Lauak on the exclusive negotiation on the sale of the majority of its share capital to Wipro Infrastructure Engineering

Oyat acted as legal advisor to Lauak, a leading French industrial group in the aerospace sector, in connection with the  sale of the majority of  its share capital to  Wipro Infrastructure Engineering, a subsidiary of the Indian conglomerate Wipro.
