Before joining Oyat, Romain worked within the corporate law department of Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats.
Romain regularly assists investment funds, companies or management teams in their private equity, M&A (transfer, restructuring of companies, acquisition of shareholdings) and management package transactions.
His oyat is on Saleccia beach in Corsica.
