Appointment of Romain Chinchole as Counsel in the Corporate Department

PARIS (28 November 2024) – Oyat is pleased to announce the appointment as of 1 December 2024 of Romain Chinchole as Counsel.

Romain has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2017.

Romain assists investment funds, companies and management teams with their private equity, M&A (transfer, restructuring of companies, acquisition of stakes) and management package transactions.
