Oyat assisted the shareholders of iCom Cloud in its sale to KPMG France
PARIS (30 November 2023) – Oyat advised the shareholders of iCom Cloud, a French pure player in Salesforce technologies and a recognised player in the transformation of customer relations, as part of its combination with KPMG France. iCom Cloud has 100 consultants based in Paris, La Rochelle and Nantes, with the technical and functional skills to support the transformation of companies of all sizes.
The Oyat team that assisted the shareholders in this transaction consisted of partner Caroline Basdevant-Soulié and associate Romain Chinchole.
