Oyat advises Nomios on the acquisition of TDS Global Technologies

Paris, October 1, 2024 – The law firm Oyat has advised Nomios, a leading player in cybersecurity and network integration, on the acquisition of 100% of the shares and voting rights of TDS Global Technologies, which also fully owns its Tunisian subsidiary, TUDIGISEC.
This strategic transaction enables Nomios to strengthen its technical expertise and expand its service offering by integrating TDS Global Technologies’ know-how in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure management.
Oyat acted as legal counsel to the acquirer, with a team led by Caroline Basdevant-Soulié (partner) and Ouisse Weiss Akhonzada (associate).
The sellers were advised by the law firm Juridil.
The acquisition price remains confidential.
