Oyat advises the sellers on the sale of Scanco Holding to Briggs Commercial Limited

Paris, November 21, 2024 – Law firm Oyat has advised the shareholders of Scanco Holding, as well as its subsidiaries Scanco Calais and Scanco Cherbourg, on the sale of 100% of the shares and voting rights to Briggs Commercial Limited.
This strategic transaction enables Briggs Commercial Limited to expand its presence in France and strengthen its position in the port and maritime services sector by integrating the expertise and resources of Scanco Holding and its subsidiaries.
Oyat acted as legal counsel to the sellers, with a team led by Caroline Basdevant-Soulié (partner) and Ouisse Weiss Akhonzada (associate).
The acquirer was advised by Addleshaw Goddard (Europe) LLP.
The acquisition price remains confidential.
