Member of the Paris Bar since 2012, Guillaume has been a partner at Oyat since 2022.

He previously worked at Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats as Counsel within the corporate team.

Guillaume regularly assists companies, investment funds, management teams and industrialists in their M&A transactions (sale, acquisition, equity investment, carve out, restructuring, creation of joint-ventures), private equity (venture capital, development capital & LBO) and the implementation of management packages.

He also regularly assists start-ups in their development and in obtaining their first financing (seed BA/VC and series A/B).

His oyat is in Donnand, Belle-Île.
