OYAT advises Yotta Capital Partners on the primary LBO of Éditions T.I.

OYAT acted as legal advisor to Yotta Capital Partners on its majority investment in Éditions T.I. (Techniques de l’Ingénieur), a leading French publisher of technical documentation for engineers and industrial innovation teams.

This transaction marks a new chapter in the long-standing history of Éditions T.I., founded in the aftermath of World War II and now backed by Yotta Smart Industry, an Article 9 SFDR fund. This primary LBO will support the company’s technological and European expansion while accelerating its contribution to the ecological transition of industrial players.
