Oyat advises OpenAirlines on the Acquisition of CEFA Aviation

After advising Eiffel Investment Group on its investment in OpenAirlines, Oyat acted as legal advisor to OpenAirlines in connection with the acquisition of CEFA Aviation, a global specialist in 3D animation of flight data for pilot safety and debriefing purposes.

This new partnership aims to build, through organic growth and targeted acquisitions, a unified “Flight Ops” platform powered by AI and next-generation applications for pilots, designed to help airlines operate flights more efficiently, sustainably, and safely.
